    It should be noted that, with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan—and in particular, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, and President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon—cooperation with many leading countries around the world is steadily expanding, promoting the development of the country's civil aviation.
    During the state visit of His Excellency Mr. Xi Jinping, President of the People's Republic of China, to the Republic of Tajikistan in July 2024, the Leader of the Nation, Mr. Emomali Rahmon, issued specific instructions to the Civil Aviation Agency to increase the frequency of flights between the capital of Tajikistan and cities in China, as well as to open new air routes connecting other cities in both countries.
     In line with these instructions and with the goal of further strengthening cooperation in civil aviation between Tajikistan and China, a delegation from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) visited Tajikistan in March 2025. During the visit, meetings were held between Nazarzoda Habibullo, Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ma Bing, First Deputy Director General of the CAAC, and Wang Zhen, Commercial Director of China Southern Airlines.
     As a result of the leadership of the Head of State and the outcomes of these negotiations, an agreement was reached to launch direct passenger flights twice a week (on Tuesdays and Saturdays) between Beijing and Dushanbe, starting from June 16, 2025.
     The Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, in response to the ongoing support of the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, remains committed to strengthening cooperation with leading international airlines. These efforts are aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of Tajikistan’s civil aviation sector and expanding the network of international air routes.
