A festive meeting dedicated to Mother’s Day was held at the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Safarzoda Dilshod Faizali, Director of the Agency, in his speech noted that the unique love of a mother is like the sun of the universe, which generously shines on the whole world, the pure love of a mother is like gushing springs, thanks to which plains and deserts bloom. The Mother-Woman is the teacher of the people and the first teacher of people, protecting the honor and respect of the mother, the efforts and vigilance of the mother and paying tribute to her position and place - the sacred duty of every sane and self-respecting person. With the direct support of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon and the Government of the country, their more attention is paid to the position of women in society, where the position and role of Tajik women in the political, social and cultural life of society is increasing.
Over the years of the country's independence, significant progress has been made in the field of equality of women and men and in the field of gender relations. Women are the guarantors of the development of society on the path to independence in the spheres of political, social, economic and cultural life. The Mother-Woman, whose essence consists of affection, sincerity, purity and chastity, remains the force that humanity needs at all times. All this indicates that the Tajik Woman-Mother, along with the birth and upbringing of the younger generation with creativity, humanity and culture, makes a worthy contribution to the improvement of the land of our ancestors, and is and always remains a great driving force in the policy of the Government of Tajikistan, the guardian of national peace and unity in every era.
In conclusion, the Administration of the Civil Aviation Agency honored the women and ladies with memorable gifts.

Барои достонҳои «Қиссаи Ҳиндустон»(1948), «Ҳасани аробакаш», «Чароғи абадӣ», «Садои Осиё»,(1960) «Ҷони ширин» (1963) бо ҷоизаҳои давлатии ИҶШС, ҶШС Тоҷикистон ва байналмилалии ба номи Ҷ. Неҳру (1967) сарфароз шуда буд.
Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон. 19 ноябри соли 1992 дар иҷлосияи XVI Шўрои Олии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон раиси Шўрои Олии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, 6 ноябри соли 1994 бори аввал, солҳои 1999, 2006 ва 2013 Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон интихоб гардидаст.
Нусратулло Махсум (Лутфуллоев) ходими давлатӣ ва ҳизбӣ. Солҳои 1924-1926 раиси Кумитаи инқилобии ҶМШС Тоҷикистон, солҳои 1926-1933 раиси Кумитаи Иҷроияи Марказии ҶШС Тоҷикистон.
