PRESS CONFERENCE AT THE CIVIL AVIATION AGENCY UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

     On July 24, 2024, in the conference hall of OJSC “Dushanbe International Airport”, headed by the Director of the Аgency Nazarzoda Habibullo, as well as the heads of Aviation Enterprises: First Deputy General Director of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation” - Shodmonbekzoda Davron, the First Deputy General Director of OJSC “Tajik Air” – Eshonkulov Firuz, the First Deputy General Director of OJSC “Dushanbe International Airport” - Malikzoda Asliddin, CEO of LLC “Air company Somon Air” – Valiev Abdulkosim, employees of the Civil Aviation Agency and Aviation Enterprises, a press conference was held. There were attended by 51 representatives of domestic and foreign, state and independent media.  
     It should be noted that the allotted time for the press conference passed with only questions and answers. The questions presented mainly covered the actual state of cooperation between Tajikistan and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the reasons for the returning of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan from the airports of the Russian Federation, the organization of local routes for tourism development, the opening of new airlines to increase the competitiveness of civil aviation, the reasons for flights of citizens of the republic through the Republic of Uzbekistan, the organization of transit routes with access to the latest technologies, performing transit flights through the airspace of Tajikistan, They were considered procurements of small aircraft for local airlines by LLC “Air company Somon Air”, the debt of OJSC “ Tajik Air”, the number of flights and the activities of the SUE “Tajikairnavigation”, the organization of routes with other cities of the Russian Federation and a number of questions to which specific answers were given by the Director of the Civil Aviation Agency and heads of Aviation Enterprises.
