     Dear colleagues, veterans and specialists of the country's Civil Aviation industry!
     With pride and gratitude for our prosperous and peaceful country, I sincerely congratulate each of you and all important people of our dear Motherland on the foundation of Civil Aviation Day of the Republic of Tajikistan and the 33rd anniversary of the State Independence Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.
     Fortunately, it is a reason for happiness and honor that the professional holiday of Civil Aviation workers of Tajikistan is celebrated annually on the eve of the historical holiday of our country – State Independence.
     The Civil Aviation sector is one of the strategic and priority areas of the country's economy and has been gradually developing over the 33 years of State Independence with the support of the leadership of the Government of the Republic, especially the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon. Considering the importance of the Civil Aviation industry as a key industry in the development of the national economy, by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in 2017, the Civil Aviation Agency was established as a separate centralized structure realizing the regulation and control the activities of aviation enterprises. This state enterprise carries out its activities on the basis of the instructions and regulations of the leadership of the Government of the country, the requirements and rules of International Civil Aviation Organizations, the Air Code, general aviation rules of the country and other regulatory legal acts. Currently, within the framework of international cooperation of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of Civil Aviation, air traffic agreements have been concluded with 28 countries of close and far abroad, of which 9 are CIS countries (the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia and Uzbekistan), 12 countries are from the European Union (France, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Turkey and Great British) and 12 countries are from Asia (Iran, Afghanistan, India, China, Pakistan, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Korea and the Kingdom of Oman).
     Dear colleagues and specialists in the field of Civil Aviation, each your contribution to the progress of the country's economy is very significant, and your extensive activities in representing Tajikistan in the field of aviation and tourism of the country are a source of pride. Since the foundation of the Civil Aviation industry, the important pilots of Tajikistan have not stopped their activities in any conditions, including in difficult and hard years of the country, unanimously and consciously preserved their fleet of aircraft and unique specialists and worked for the development of the industry and prosperity of our country.
     Pilots are the link between people and the world, connecting hearts and civilizations. Today, modern aircraft serve people, they deliver them to the ends of the earth and present to the world our dear and independent country under the flag of the Republic of Tajikistan. In order to fulfill the instructions and regulations of the Head of State, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, all employees of the Civil Aviation of Tajikistan and the country's aviation enterprises are making efforts to further steadily develop the industry, expand the geography of flights, acquire and attract new types of modern aircraft, decent organization of aircraft flights, improve the level of passenger service, protection and timely transportation of transported goods, full provision of the system and flight safety, reconstruction and construction of modern airports and terminals, renewal of runways and landing strips, procurement of the latest equipment and machines at airports and a number of other industry tools, immediate measures are constantly taken by industry leaders.
     Thousands of people worked in the aviation industry of Tajikistan, and most of them left their names in good memory, performing their duties. The experience and merits of veteran specialists in the field of Civil Aviation are considered very valuable for the training of young qualified personnel today, which is essential for the progress and development of Civil Aviation in our country.
     Dear colleagues, veterans of civil aviation and successful pilots of Tajikistan. I, once again congratulate all of you on this important Day - the holiday of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Day of the foundation of Civil Aviation, I wish you good health, prosperity, a long and prosperous life, a comfortable and safe flight, as well as victory, progress and unique achievements in your glorious activities on the path of prosperity of our beloved Motherland.
